I would give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service is shocking, the lady serving was very rude. I was returning 2 parcels and had apparently done it wrong, she could of advised me what i needed to do but dismissed me. Highly recommend the one on Flixton road instead!
I send a lot through this post office and really impressed with the service. Members of staff very helpful and can’t do enough. Would rate them higher than 5 if I could. Keep up the good work team 💪
