Postman didn't knock on the door, just stuck a missed delivery card through the door. The package was ordered for a day i was in a it need to be chilled. The delivery office was closed even before the postman failed at his job and now my package is ruined.

I went in to try and track down a parcelforce parcel that had been returned a post office somewhere in Manchester but no card left ( I tried here first, as it's my usual place for collecting parcels) the staff member was very helpful and apologetic that they didn't have it, but was confident that it would have been taken to the Urmston Post office on Flixton road, and he was absolutely correct. It was open at the stated times too, and no wait. Thanks.
