I had my medicine approved few days ago. I went to collect my medicine today hoping it was already done. I was the only patient, however it still took them ages before my medicine was given. 6/7 staff, No team work just moving around. Complained immediately and was advised that if you don't like it here, you can always go to another pharmacy. This is very unprofessional attitude and behaviour.
I went to this pharmacy to collect an emergency prescription. The pharmacist, Ali recommended that he should take my blood pressure before giving me the medication. I am so grateful to Ali, as my pulse rate was extremely high and he suggested that I go straight to A & E. I ended up staying in for 3 days until my pulse rate came down. I am now on blood thinners and other meds. Thank you so much to Ali for his advice and care. Emma
I recently used this pharmacy because it is under new ownership. I was pleasantly surprised to see how things have changed for the better. The staff are polite and acknowledge you when you walk in regardless of how busy they are. The pharmacist was friendly and spoke warmly to people when handing out medication. What an improvement 👏🏿
