I recently visited the pharmacy in Trafford. During my visit I interacted with the manager. I found the interaction disappointing because the interaction was disrespectful and he was addressing me in a discriminative tone, i felt spoken to abruptly and i did not receive clear advice about my prescription. As a customer, this made me feel very uncomfortable and unheard, i felt attacked in a way. I would really appreciate more courteous communication and clearer explanations in future.
