I had the best customer service from Ms.Nishi the lady in charge of this post office. There was an issue with British Gas payment and although it was towards the end of working hours she dedicated her time to resolve the matter with excellent patience and customer care. I am truly grateful and think she could set examples for proper and professional manners
Dropped off a package on the 17th Nov for DPD. According to the tracking app it is still at the store. Called DPD call centre everyday since the 22nd and they have absolutely no idea where it is promising feedback in 24-48 hrs which they haven't. I tried calling the listed number, however it is always busy. Please give feedback on this platform or a contact number as I need this package by the 30th Nov
staff are lovely and friendly & the shop stocks everything you may need. very handy having the post office and post lockers outside. gets busy inside sometimes & staff handle it perfectly and never leave people waiting for long
