About
This Royal Mail collection centre handles parcels and letters for the Old Trafford area. It serves as a pickup point for undelivered items, with customers coming to collect packages when delivery attempts are unsuccessful. Some note the convenience of having a local collection point, though others mention challenges with opening hours. The centre operates standard postal services, including redelivery requests, though some customers report difficulties with this process. There is a car park for those driving to collect items. The facility deals with standard Royal Mail services rather than offering additional postal products or counter services found at larger post offices.
Customer Reviews
I kindly ask Royal Mail, if they can consider a wider opening hours slot. I find it very tricky to manage your timetable to my working hours. Is open only for 2 hours slot, 4 days of the week, Thursday is the only day that has slot in the afternoon and Saturday until 12. The staff is helpful, it's just the opening times which are difficult. For postcode M169PP, is there any chance that we can collect parcels from Ayres Road instead of Norton Street? It's nearer to home address. Thank you
I'm giving them a single star but they don't deserve a star. Worst service ever. I requested a re delivery on a chosen date and I was at home all day. All of a sudden I saw a post office card saying "sorry we miss you." I don't understand how can the post man missed us when we were at home all day. The collection centre is open for 2 hours only. Ridiculous!
I wish any e-commerce company will be reconsider to use the royal mail as their partner. It is the second time that the driver said that nobody at home even if I'm waiting the parcel all day and I also have a bell outside the house but they put the parcel behind the bin outside the house instead and said it as a SAFE PLACE?!?
