Nice little cafe on 1st floor of John Lewis, drinks were lovely, we had a deluxe hot chocolate and latte, staff were friendly and helpful, was very busy, the cakes looked nice will most likely try the cakes or other food next time. Quite a bit of seating and there was a lady clearing the tables as soon as people left.
I have been visiting John Lewis Café at the Trafford Centre for a long time. I used to come for shopping and coffee, but I stopped visiting for a while. Now, I am back, and everything is just as good as before: the same taste, the same great service, and the same cozy atmosphere. I love this café because the food is delicious, especially the desserts. Today, I tried the cheesecake, and it was absolutely amazing! If you visit the Trafford Centre, I strongly recommend trying John Lewis Café.
I really do love eating in the cafe, the views especially are interesting out the windows (unlike the new M&S cafe which has none). The staff, especially the guy with the tattoos (what a legend!), are always friendly and helpful. It's not always obvious that they do hot food, as people seem to miss reading the menu at the start (where you pick up the trays). The selection of cakes is always tempting. Top tip, download the John Lewis app and get free stuff, today I had two free hot drinks and two cakes, that's like £15 worth of stuff, for Free! Amazing!
