Customer Reviews
Asda Trafford Park is a large supermarket located on Barton Dock Road in Manchester M41 7ZA that sells groceries and a wide range of other products, including clothing, home goods, and toys. It is open 24 hours from Tuesday to Friday, with different hours on Monday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 AM, Saturday: 12:00 AM – 10:00 PM , and Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM and also offers in-store services like a travel money bureau. The store is a significant community presence, providing grants and support to local organizations.
When I visited the store the lady on self checkout was so rude, she walked passed me multiple times when the light was flashing for assistance, I asked her to help me, she snapped " yes, one second " I told her that she'd already walked passed me 4 times. So the next time that I needed something I ordered online through just eat, after waiting for almost an hour for them to pack 8 items my order was cancelled, I understand that I wasn't the only person to order online but I also work in a supermarket and to take that long to pack an order is taking the absolute piss, they clearly have no regard for customers in store or on line, I won't be shopping there again.
Very disappointing experience at Asda Trafford Park on 31/01/2026 around 9:50 pm, despite the store being advertised as closing at 10:00 pm. I was stopped by security and told the store was closed. When I explained I only needed a few items, the security guard placed his hand on my shoulder and moved me back, which I found inappropriate. A front desk staff member, Callum, refused entry even after I explained I would be paying by contactless, saying the tills had already been cashed up. There was no visible signage explaining any earlier last-entry policy. I’ve shopped at this store and other Asdas in Manchester for many years and have never had an issue arriving at similar times. When I asked for the security guard’s name under SIA regulations, this was also refused. Overall, a very unprofessional and embarrassing experience.
