I have done my weekly shop at this store for the past two years and spend a significant amount of money here. Unfortunately, today I had a very negative experience with a staff member which has changed my view of this store. At till number 3 on Thursday 8th January at around 12:40pm, I was served by a middle-aged woman who was extremely rude, passive-aggressive, and argumentative. This was in response to a simple passing comment I made about the card machine. Her reaction was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service I normally experience at Lidl, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken on board so future customers don’t have a similar experience.
Undisputed best supermarket bakery section. Really reasonably priced. Lovely fresh produce and great seasonal sections with themed weeks too. The app has really great offers and the staff are helpful and approachable
Please mark as helpful👍 I Don't usually use this branch of Lidl but it's much like any other Lidl which isn't a bad thing! Good prices regular great offers. Fruit and veg usually good quality very nice and fresh. Many items are brand names at very low prices. I love their bockwurst and excellently priced whole sticks of salami. They often have themed weeks i.e Italian, French, American etc. where a section of the store is dedicated to food from those countries.
