One of worst lidl branch people not helpful at all special layds in that store horrible. - I had many times paid for stuff which i didn't take or duplicated and i had to go back to lady on till to refund me. - staff on shelves always not in order and sometimes expired or moldy and when you report staff no one care. That story very busy as its location in the heart of Trafford while no self-checkout and all have to train in queue even for just one item. Why lidl not take any action to improve thus store!!!
Bit crazy trying to get in and out of the carpark because people block the keep clear. Accessible store on ground level with lots of parking. Well stocked and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Got self serve and manned tills. Always have good orange sticker bargains.
New self checkouts meaning they only have one staffed till is ridiculous when this is mainly where people do weekly shops. Understand the purpose of cutting payroll but this is going to cost you customers. Say they open extra tolls when needed. I would say this store is poor at identifying when this is needed.
