Lived here for 3 years but moving out now. The facilities are decent and the flats are modern but other than that, it’s pretty much the only positive. Rent is constantly increasing, mine went up £150 in less than 12 months. I live in a 1 bed flat with no balcony so the increase is insane. If you also want a lack of contact when something breaks or something needs to be replaced, this is your place. Sofa and microwave broke at very similar times. Took MONTHS to get them sorted. In the week the noise is okay, but if you want to sleep at the weekend, you better be a deep sleeper. Constant parties, loud music, people screaming in the Courtyard. I was woken last weekend with someone singing about at 5am. Joke. It’s a shame because they place itself is quite nice, but the people, the lack of response from the Landlord and the constant noise makes it a complete pain. I’d look to avoid.
A great new build set of apartments. Very accomidating staff, lots of services available for tennants. Secure lockers for deliveries and a very convenient app for managing all notifications and news updates from the building. Great place to live and very close to tram stops and the center.
A very decent place. Easy to locate, lots of cozy lounges, meeting rooms, gym, cinema, a vast outdoor area, parking garage, neat and quiet. I recommend this place for anyone looking for something exquisite.
