Would not use again, steer clear! Had pre-booked a taxi for 1.15pm for a wedding that was due to start at 2pm. Taxi hadn't arrived at 1.15pm, phoned up and was told taxi would be there in 15 minutes. By 1.40pm it still hadn't arrived, despite making another phone call in the meantime... during the second phone call we were told no drivers were available. We had to drive ourselves in the end otherwise would have been late for the ceremony. Very disappointed considering the taxi was booked in advance prior to the day.
Used to be great reliable service. Will not come to pick me up any more because my fare is short-or they tell me its at least a 45 min wait. Loyal customer used through lockdown, used to be a fab service do not care about customer loyalty its sad
Terrible customer services. Put phone down whilst trying to understand why taxi picked someone else up, even though clearly messaged as to vehicle reg of the car allocated and booked many hours before.
