Absolutely fantastic sushi spot in Stretford! Nishi Sushi offers incredibly fresh, flavorful dishes that are beautifully presented and clearly made with care. The menu has a great variety — from classic rolls and sashimi to some really creative specials. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes the experience even better. Everything we tried — especially the dragon roll and the salmon nigiri — was top-notch. Portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality. I had a wonderful experience! Though today was takeway. But I tried it from the restaurant too. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish — from the sushi rolls to the hot mains — was clearly made with care and attention to detail. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our visit. I particularly enjoyed the salmon nigiri— it was probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying Japanese cuisine for the first time, I’d definitely recommend giving Nishi Sushi a visit. Looking forward to going back soon
