The Polar Express Experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we were walking straight onto the real film set. The attention to detail was incredible and every part of the journey felt truly magical. The actors were absolutely brilliant. They stayed in character the whole time, brought the story to life and made the children feel like they were part of the adventure. There was so much included in the ticket price too which made it even better value for money. Hot chocolate, treats, interaction, music, dancing and unforgettable moments at every turn. If you are looking for a festive experience that feels authentic, immersive and full of Christmas spirit, I highly recommend this one. A memory making day out the whole family will love.
If you are looking for a Christmas outing for the family with a focus on children's entertainment, this experience was quite simply amazing, our grand children absolutely loved it and where mesmerised by the acting and experience. The whole experience from the photos, bells and trinkets that where handed out. The whole experience made for a very memorable day. Their are toilets once you move through to the experience. Their is a disability lift to get peoe to the first floor. Parking was an issue on the day and we ended up parking at the premier in for a small cost. Highly recommended
