I absolutely love Salford cathedral. It is stunning. I have so many wonderful memories of this place and love they have toilets. It is very easy to get to. The photos are from when the Fatima relics came on Saturday 23rd February 2019.

It's a really beautiful monument to the Church's of the past. It's location is also ideal as it's also near the town centre and all the food and shopping areas. I really enjoyed how beautiful, quiet and peaceful it is inside. The internal decor is absolutely wonderful and there's a lot to take in and learn about the church and its past. Would recommend you visit if you're in the area.

Visiting the Cathedral Church of St. John the Evangelist is a moving and enriching experience, a quiet moment of reflection, or simply to admire its beauty. It stands as a testament to the enduring power of faith and the importance of preserving our cultural and spiritual heritage. The cathedral is under maintenance. Service was held in a make shift chapel….. Highly recommended for anyone interested in history, architecture, or seeking a peaceful retreat in the bustling city of Manchester.
