Customer Reviews
Had a not very good experience today wanting to buy a ticket. Rather than being sold the ticket, the teller decided to get into a debate as to the timetable and wanting to check "what app I'm using" for my journey planner. I know this guy was trying to be helpful - but I didn't ask for that, I just wanted a ticket, and I feel he was being overbearing. Turns out my jouney planner was correct by the way.
The station is much better now that there are shelters on both sides, however one of the Manchester bound shelters floods. It is well lit. There is now a ticket machine, but every time I have tried it there is a fault. Could be better, but not too bad.
It has most of what's needed, only minus is the litter beyond the fencing that needs keeping on top of.
