Great free place to park and tram stop just over the road ideal.
Very limited car spaces and if your looking at trying to leave between 3pm and 4pm, good luck because parents park and block you in whilst they wait for their kids to get off the tram or stop messing about on the platform. Everyday this week I've had the same two cars and they look at you like your the idiot. However its free but have to be there before 7am to get any space.
Convenient place to park your car for the trams to city centre. The site seems well maintained with CCTV so I don’t think any issue with security here. As there are limited number of space make sure you arrive before 7:30 if you want to ensure a place to park. One thing to note is that on the driveway to the site there is an old guy always sits there staring at people asking for money. Not sure if he is mentally ok or something wrong. But be aware of him
