0 Stars – Absolutely Disgraceful Experience My experience with Sixt started off great, but it quickly turned into a complete nightmare. After returning my rental, I received an email accusing me of “unrecorded damage” that was already on the vehicle before I picked it up. A staff member even told me there was 0 excess and that I didn’t need to worry about previous damage. Sixt at Manchester Salford clearly has CCTV. The car was parked directly in view of the cameras on a clear day, and the damage they’re blaming me for is visible before I even rented it. I’ve submitted all the information, yet they’re still trying to hold me liable for something I DID NOT cause. This behaviour is disgusting and unprofessional. I will not be held responsible, and I’m prepared to take this further legally. I’ve rented cars frequently from other companies without a single issue, but Sixt has shown zero transparency and zero accountability. Avoid this branch at all costs — absolutely disgraceful. Great experience one more time I used Sixt to move my house and I wasn’t dissapointed. Hassle free during stressful time already. Great customer service, quick keys collection, everything explained throughly. No issues upon return. Super company, beats competition without a doubt!
