I hired a Luton Van with tail lift from Enterprise Salford Quays to move house. The van was excellent and did its purpose. The process of getting the van was hassle free. Completed my booking online, a couple of checks on the day of collection and I was good to go. Everything was explained well by one of their friendly employees. The price of hiring for 4 days was the best around. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Your website clearly states that debit cards are accepted, yet I was refused a vehicle twice for not having a credit card. That is misleading advertising, plain and simple. On top of that, I’m still waiting for overdue refunds, with no clear communication and no accountability. Customer service has been slow, dismissive, and completely ineffective. This review is being left publicly because private channels have failed. Enterprise UK needs to take responsibility, correct its misleading information, and process refunds properly. Until then, I strongly advise people to avoid this company.
