I had a very disappointing experience with this cosmetic surgery company under the care of Mr Raghavan. Following surgery, I was left unable to breathe properly through one nostril when sleeping, an issue I did not have beforehand. Despite raising this concern over the course of a year and half, corrective surgery was refused. Instead, I was advised to use nasal sprays every night for the rest of my life, starting at age 33. After following this advice for approximately a year, I developed perioral dermatitis, a condition I had never experienced previously, caused by the nasal sprays. It has since become widely reported how unsafe long-term use of nasal sprays can be, making this advice particularly concerning coming from a medical professional who caused the issue in the first place during surgery. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal, with no clear point of contact throughout the process. I felt treated like a number rather than a patient. To this day, my nose remains bent and uneven, with Mr Raghavan doing what he wanted rather than what I had requested, so not only is it not medically ok it is also not cosmetically ok and no meaningful solution has been offered other than continued reliance on nasal sprays - which can no longer serve as a resolution due to the unsafe nature of them for continued periods of time. I expected accountability and support when complications arose. Instead, I was left with ongoing breathing issues, a skin condition, an unappealing cosmetic appearance and no appropriate resolution. Based on my experience, I would urge others to research carefully and seek multiple medical opinions before proceeding and choose a different provider than Pall Mall for Rhinoplasty and especially avoid surgery by Mr Raghavan.

After struggling with severe pain from my coil for weeks—so bad I couldn't even go to work—I was growing increasingly frustrated with the NHS's long waiting times. Thankfully, I found Mr. Maiti, who turned my situation around. From our initial consultation to the scan, Mr. Maiti was incredibly thorough and reassuring. He quickly located my coil and, within just two minutes, removed it. Yes, it was painful, but honestly, I was expecting much worse. He clearly explained the process and offered options for local anesthetic, leaving the decision up to me, which I really appreciated. A big shoutout to the nurse who held my hand during the procedure and helped keep me distracted—you made a difference! After weeks of discomfort, I'm finally pain-free and able to enjoy my life again. Thank you, Mr. Maiti, and your amazing team! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care.

Phoned Pall Mall for consultation, put on hold .......waited, 15 mins later got cut off. Called back immediately; they then took my details and told me someone will call me back in a just a few mins ..... still waiting !! Really doesn't inspire confidence in this organisation.
