Absolutely disgraceful and I haven’t even got the car yet. They accepted the job on Tuesday when RAC was collecting my vehicle. I then got a text 7.30am saying I would receive my vehicle soon. I rang Wednesday afternoon and was verbally abused by a man who was meant to be helping me. He was horrible I ended up in tears. Then a team leader rang me later that as I had put a complaint in. He assured me a vehicle would be with me Thursday at the latest Friday. It’s now Friday and they’ve put the phone down on me 4 times today and ignored all the emails asking them to call me. I rang RAC for an update apparently they have updated the booked and restarted it from 5pm Friday absolutely disgusting. This is without my knowledge and without discussing this with me. They are a vile company and I will be reporting them and their team to Motability and their own complaints department. Trafford Branch
Shocking company Had a rental from these guys Was a total mess from the start 1 minute they had a car the next they didn’t Then they ring out of nowhere to say a drivers in the way with a car then all day goes by no car I call back and they tell me I’m not even booked in for a car???? It gets better!!! After using the car once it finally arrived 2 days later When it was time to give the car back I was told driver will be with me for 2pm to collect So at 1:45pm I went to the petrol station and full tanked the vehicle as it was given on a full tank of fuel so had to be returned the same Driver arrives takes the car clearly sees it’s on a full tank Office was most likely closed due to Christmas period so driver had taken the car home and today 5 days on a receive a bill for £35 because the car was full tanked Absolutely diabolical I read my terms and conditions and was fully aware of returning on a full tank so made this a priority to avoid extra charges But no they are still trying to bill me for there own drivers usage NO CHANCE! Avoid and go elsewhere Scammers
Booked a van at this location for my time and money to be absolutely wasted. Apparently no van available when there’s about 10 outside. Extremely poor service from this chap. no email was received to say my hire was cancelled or refund . I wasted money on cab to and from the location.
