A wonderful clinic with an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere of the place is really calming. I've been working with Jen for laser for a few months now and she is incredibly professional and friendly, I know I'm in good hands with her and I trust her knowledge. After just a few sessions I'm seeing amazing progress on my face. I am also very happy with how trans-inclusive the whole clinic is, which was the reason I chose them in the first place. One of the girls even asked me about my pronouns when I first visited, which was really appreciated. Highly recommended clinic for laser!
Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve been getting my electrolysis here for months and have had absolutely no complaints. Staff are always warm and chatty, and the clinic has a really lovely warm and cosy vibe. I’ve seen really positive results in my treatment and I’ve implemented into routine really easily due to the clinic’s flexibility and ease with booking appointments. As a trans person as well, booking treatments around this sort of thing is always scary due to worries around stigma and judgement in these settings, but all the staff here have been amazing in helping me feel welcome and relaxed. Really would recommend going here if you’re considering it!
Currently having electrolysis with Natasha at Cypress Quay and the experience been phenomenal. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the very start, they have been so helpful, transparent and knowledgeable. I was made to feel so welcome when I arrived, and Natasha made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the treatment. I've already seen a reduction in hair on just my third session, and even though I've not had any negative side effects they've been so helpful with aftercare. I think the pricing is very reasonable too and have actually recommended treatment to a bunch of my family and friends. Must also say that seeing a business being so LGBTQ+ friendly is really heartening and something I am personally grateful for. If you're considering treatment, do it, and do it here!
