I ordered this and there was a black hair in my food. I had barely ate any of it when I discovered this, but it’s actually disgusting so I called the store to complain. They are very rude on the phone shouting at me, I sent them images of the black hair and they seen me in the shop and know my hair is blonde. They keep messing me about they finally said a driver would pick it up and they would refund, this was hours ago so I called again and they said I would have to pay for him to pick it up which is shocking when it’s there fault. I can’t get this resolved and it’s completely against hygiene standards, there was even dead flies in the shop. The customer service was so horrible. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. If this is not resolved I will take further and put in a complaint to hygiene standards and on social media

Honestly if I could give this restaurant a -100, I would !!!…100% the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve bought in my life!!!… the rice was overly greasy and too salty, the chicken wings were overly battered, dry and too salty, even the batter was too salty, the curry sauce was too salty, the spring rolls were too dry!!!…everything was so rubbish. On top of that, I called them to let them know everything I got was not of good quality at all and they were so defensive, telling me no one has called them to say that!!!….No wonder they have a 3.9 star, I’m sure they even write up reviews themselves to boost them up to that 3.9 star they have. The WORST PLACE EVER TO ORDER FOOD FROM!!!…but bless their delivery man, he was such a nice man. But probably because he knows the food is rubbish and he has to be nice to the customers so they have 1 good thing to say at least.
