I ordered an ex demo pushchair online. This seller misled on the listing and photos; they did not declare the level of damage and wear & tear on the pushchair. They said ex demo but it has clearly been used. The description and condition was not accurate. Only after purchase did they send photos of some of the damage to check it was ok, but the item was paid for by then & did not want negative auto feedback. The seller was rude & harsh; it was a scam as I don’t believe I got the same pushchair as the original listing, they only declared some damage once I paid. The seller was unpleasant in communication. I would not recommend or trust them as a business.
Amazing find if you’re in the market for a pram (or any big baby item really) but particularly a double buggy. We bought a brand new buggy much cheaper than online and they also had preloved options. The owner was personable and extremely knowledgable. Top tip - for parking go to the end of Cliff Crescent (where the bollards are). Park up easily and turn right onto the main road; the shop is about 20m down on the right.
Great experience at designer babies, they opened out of hours for us to come and view a pram we were really interested in on a Sunday as we were in the area. We wasn't disappointed at all amazing customer service from start to finish the demo and advice on all the products was fantastic and above and beyond compared to your high street stores. Would highly recommend them on all fronts and thank you for the service you provided me and my partner.
