Great gym!!! Such good value for money with all of the classes available (reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga, barre etc.). The classes have such a friendly and uplifting vibe to them. All of the instructors are incredible and so talented, I really found my passion for yoga here thanks to Pramod and Charlotte. I am no longer a member here due to relocation and I am struggling to find a replacement that meets the same standard! Every session was different and so much effort was/is put in by all of the instructors. The changing rooms are nice, only one cubicle though and sometimes a lack of stools by the mirrors but wasn’t really a problem. Showers have shampoo/body wash AND conditioner which I loved, and the water never ran cold, even at busy times. The pool area is amazing, lovely and bright during the day but dim, relaxing lighting at night. The sauna is great but could get very busy in the evenings with groups of lads so I tended to avoid it then and go in the mornings instead. The staff were lovely, I was always greeted with a smile and a hello, and a goodbye when I was leaving. Also you get to choose a free snack or drink from the vending machine once a week if you go regularly which is a nice touch and a great motivator. I didn’t really use the weights areas as much as the layout wasn’t my favourite, so for me I mainly used the gym for the classes and the sauna/swimming pool. So overall if classes are your thing I highly highly recommend!

The club is ok, the good bits are: 1) has punch bags and a good area for boxing and combat sports. 2) they ve got a good range of free weights Dbs upto 50kg, trap bars, squat racks, kettlebells, etc. 3) the sauna and pool are nice after you've trained. 4) the body composition scalesare useful for monitoring. Problems are: 1) its too cold, i'm talking wearing 2 layers and a hat level cold here, raised this with the staff and via the app a couple of times. Nothing is done. 2) PTs having classes in the middle of the gym at peak times putting more demands on the equipment when its in short supply. During the same class they turn the music up to max volume which can be a bit uncomfortable on your ear drums. 4) the staff come and aggressively tell you to leave 15 minutes before it's supposed to close. They're not as quick to open up first thing in the morning. 5) There are no proper hamstring curls or calf raise machines.

Decent gym, but I rely on them opening on time at 6am to get a workout in before work. If you are the same I would avoid this place. Since Iv joined late last year. There have been multiple times we’ve all been stood outside. One day we had to leave because it took so long. Very poor management and communication here. One of the worst gyms for this
