Very good Surgery. If I need to be seen as an emergency, they will always fit me in somewhere. The doctors are all very pleasant, helpful and informative. The nurses, who run their individual clinics are always friendly,helpful and informative. And the receptionists are always helpful and friendly and try their best to sort out the situation I may be in.
I’ve been registered with this GP surgery for about two years and have never had an issue with getting help for any medical concerns or receiving referrals when needed. They are also very good at finding same day appointments when something is urgent. A special mention to Dr Muress, who is excellent at looking for the causes of a problem rather than rushing you out the door. He listens, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel like you are wasting the GP’s time. Overall, a very supportive and reliable practice.
Seen a lot of doctors over the years at other surgeries and some doctors don’t understand or sympathise with my mental health and have been quite insensitive. Seeing Dr Muress and Dr Adams at Ordsall Health surgery has been amazing for me. They have been so approachable, actively wanting to help and suggesting things and made me lose the embarrassment of asking and talking about sensitive stuff with a doctor. They genuinely care and want to support in the long term and keep checking in. Just makes tough times that little bit easier.
