Simply awful. Churned out my OH report so fast it was riddled with errors. Asked them within hours to correct it and then said it would take 20 working days. Took them 2 days to make the whole report but will taken them 20 working days to fix it. I’m now without reasonable adjustments at work because of their delay. Raised a complaint and told also 20 working days - absolute joke. Once they’ve been paid and done the report they simply don’t care. EMPLOYERS AVOID MEDIGOLD.
There is car parking available, it's just not obvious. Drive up to the gate and press the intercom, they will let you in so long as you actually have business being there. Medical carried out professionally, no complaints. Only lost a star because they messed me about a few times cancelling appointments.
Very professional and friendly, although I was initially dubious as the name/website look/feel amateur.
