I visited the newly opened co-op today and had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming and even offered some samples to both me and my son. My son really enjoyed them, so they kindly gave him a few extra. One of the items I picked had a slight leak, but the staff at the counter was very helpful and quickly replaced it with a new one. The store has a huge variety of fresh and frozen items, along with all the typical grocery essentials you’d expect from any co-op. It's almost as big as the one in Mediacity! Great service overall and definitely worth checking out.

Despite advertising as closing at 10pm the aggressive security guard stops anyone entering at 21:50 and says they are closed to new customers. Overall this is the worst Co-Op and a blight on the Quays.

Thank the lord this place has opened. I actually resented giving the local Sainsbury's my money due to lack of choice, zero hot food options and shocking attitude of the staff there, who genuinely don't have a simple clue how to project a professional company image. So happy to see you've opened and well stocked, went in for the first time today and it felt like a completely different experience. Welcome to the quays and thank you for being here.
