it's definitely not a place for fresh kebab, guy took meat to the back of the shop and probably microveved it 🤢 meat dry as hell, highly not recommended, sorry

POOR HYGIENE Delivery guy came back from delivering, walked straight into kitchen, didn't wash his hands then put his hand into a bag of frozen fries and scooped two handfuls, then started cooking. The food does look good, but I was put off by this and didn't enjoy.

These guys are absolute clowns, i ordered directly through their website cause the deals were cheaper than deliveroo. The website took payment and stayed on “waiting for restaurant to confirm your order” and it stayed on that for 30 minutes so i figured something is up, i thought maybethe order is stuck. I called them directly and told them what’s going on they simply asked me what i ordered and said nothing had come through yet. So i went directly to the takeaway and showed them my phone a long with the website and even showed them the transaction notification of the money being taken out of my account. All they said was we are under new management and don’t use this website or merchant anymore… bearing in mind that was the last bit of money i had for the week as we all know times are tough right now and i expressed that to them and they simply said call the merchant and you can get your money back. Absolutely disgusting and shambolic organisation from these guys, why on earth have you got a website which is literally the same name same address postcode that takes orders and even payments yet you know longer use it or have access to it??? Like what on earth wouldn’t you take the website down or something? Absolute clowns. I had to chase down a random merchant to get my refund which will take several working days to go back into my account meaning i barely had money left for my dinner that night.
