Customer Reviews
Mixed experience really. Pre booked a space overnight via APOCOA to go and see an event at Old Trafford. Paid £3 from 3pm Saturday to 11am Sunday. Location, safety, ease of finding it and tram stop nearby absolutely perfect, absolutely no problems. Received a parking ticket for my stay which caused me no end of stress. I challenged it via your parking space and they said I was liable as I had no authorisation to park there, so I challenged again and after 2 days they admitted there had been a technical error and my parking charge dismissed. No one at the end of a phone to talk to if you have a problem, it's chat bots which is highly frustrating. Would I use again?? Probably yes
I recently had the opportunity to use the car park at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Manchester, which I booked through the YourParkingSpace app. Overall, my experience was quite positive, though there were a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the booking process via the YourParkingSpace app was incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. The app’s interface is intuitive, making it easy to find available parking spaces, compare prices, and make a reservation. Within minutes, I had secured a spot at the Holiday Inn Express, which provided a great sense of convenience and peace of mind. The app also provided clear instructions on how to access the car park, which was helpful upon arrival. Upon reaching the car park, I was pleased to find that the parking spaces were spacious and well-maintained. This is a significant plus, as it made parking my car hassle-free, even with larger vehicles. The ample space between cars reduces the risk of accidental dings and scratches, which is always a concern in tighter car parks. Security at the Holiday Inn Express car park is another strong point. The presence of CCTV cameras gave me confidence that my car would be safe during my stay. Knowing that my vehicle was being monitored around the clock allowed me to relax and enjoy my time in Manchester without worrying about potential theft or damage. However, one downside to this otherwise excellent experience was the cost. At £24 for three days, I found the parking fees to be on the higher side. While I understand that convenience and security come at a price, it felt slightly overpriced compared to other options in the area. I would have appreciated a more competitive rate, especially for longer stays. In conclusion, my experience with the Holiday Inn Express car park in Manchester, booked through the YourParkingSpace app, was largely positive. The ease of booking, spacious parking bays, and robust security measures are all commendable features. If the cost were a bit more reasonable, it would be an ideal choice for anyone needing secure, convenient parking in Manchester. Despite the higher price, I would still recommend it for those prioritizing security and ease of access.
I parked here for a week. I went out a few times during that period, but he still sent me a letter demanding a fine, saying I didn't pay enough. It's outright fraud.
