The staff at Remtek have been excellent in supporting me with my DSA equipment and training. In particular, Harry and Chloe went above and beyond to help resolve issues caused by a failed delivery (entirely DPD’s fault and nothing to do with Remtek). They were incredibly understanding, supportive, and showed genuine care throughout the process. They were solution-focused and acted quickly and proactively, even working out of hours and in their own time, to ensure I was able to get back online and continue my studies. Thanks to their efforts, I had all my necessary software set up on a loan laptop, which made an enormous difference — without their help, I would have really struggled. They also arranged my training promptly to get me back on track, and my first session with Ross was excellent. I am extremely grateful to the whole team and hope they are recognised for the outstanding work they do. Dealing with a team that truly understood my needs, knew exactly how to help, and kept me updated at every stage made all the difference. Thank you Chloe, Harry and Ross for your care, efficiency, and dedication — I am incredibly grateful.

My training sessions with James Grayston really helped me understand the software I was given to support me at university. These sessions have been extremely helpful to understand what this software could offer me. James was easy to talk to and explained the software clearly and at my pace. He adapted how the software could work to fit my course (Animation) which isn't the typical course this software was made for. He also handled it perfectly when I asked questions no one has asked before and we either figured it out together or introduced me to free software that would suit my needs. Thank you so much for all your help.

Philip Warnes was an absolute star. He was very patient with me, answering any questions I had and ensuring I understood what I was doing before moving on to the next stage. He went above and beyond, adjusting the training to my specific needs, i.e., completing additional tasks that made computer interaction easier. I appreciated his kind and friendly manner which made a daunting task much more accessible. I am no longer apprehensive and look forward to the rest of our training together. Thank you Philip!
