The staff were very attentive and helpful. The optician I had me eye test with was just amazing. She listened to the issues I had been having and completed a thorough examination. The advice she gave me has really improved the issues I was having. So I am very grateful! The staff when collecting my glasses were fantastic. An overall great experience.
Went to get my eyes tested and purchase new glasses today, from the moment I walked in the team were amazing, their customer service is second to none and I will definitely be coming back to specsavers in the future, I had Zara for my eye test and Syl for the picking / measurement of glasses who were absolutely lovely! So glad I chose specsavers, they also had a free eye test promo online, I picked 2 pairs of glasses for £15 each so alongside my OCT eye test the total cost was £40 when it should have been £65, very happy with the service and can't wait to pick up my new glasses soon, thank you to the team at Specsavers in Eccles 🙌🏻
I’ve been a customer of Specsavers for over 20 years. I have never had reason to complain. Staff have always been helpful , kind and compassionate towards customer needs . I once had a panic attack in Specsavers , a long time ago, I was cared for and looked after and staff went above and beyond to get me the right care. I’ve never forgotten that. With regards to your eye health , they are thorough and professional, they answer your questions and no request is too big. So professional and customer focused and friendly.
