Saw so many good things about this place online and decided to stop by to give it try today. Ordered their Thai Tea Crème Brulée and was quite disappointed. The tapioca pearls were chewy and nice but the milk tea itself tasted rather plain and felt water-down. While the cheese foam on top was yummy, it just wasn’t enough to bring the whole drink back to a decent standard.

Great experience thanks to Maria. When my food accidentally fell on the floor, she immediately helped sort it out and was incredibly kind. She was also very enthusiastic when recommending flavours. The shop is lucky to have someone like her!

The venue use to have a shop in the northern quarter and is now based within the Arndale. The flavours of the ice cream are the main draw. They look amazing, very colour and unusual selection. Definitely don’t let the lesser known flavours put you off trying them. The staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to guide you through picking the right one. If you’re not sure, they might even let you try one! We went for the Korean Banana and sesame seed
