It's great to have quality Belgian products in Manchester! And considering the quality of their products, their prices are totally reasonable!

I recently visited ÉLISE ET GASTON for the first time and tasted seven different macarons. I was so satisfied that I felt compelled to leave a review! Whether you are a macaron connoisseur or trying this delightful French dessert for the first time, ÉLISE ET GASTON is an excellent choice. The dessert shop offers a wide variety of macaron flavors and occasionally features other types of desserts. What makes these macarons special is how distinct each flavor is. Some, like Pistachio (my favorite) and Salted Caramel, have very bold and rich fillings. Others, such as Lemon, Raspberry, and Strawberry Cheesecake, provide a more delicate and creamy taste. I also encountered a flavor that was hard to describe; the Vanilla macaron reminded me of vanilla ice cream cookie, but with a unique texture compared to others I’ve tried. I suggest sampling as many flavors as you can—you’re sure to find some that you love. Personally, I enjoyed every single one, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try even more new flavors, as well as to revisit the ones that have already captured my heart.
