Absolutely worst customer experience ever. Had to cancel due to illness. They wouldn't change the date neither give me a refund, even though, I have purchased insurance from refund my ticket. The invoice doesn't show insurance and they won't respond to my emails asking for a copy of the booking confirmation. Looks like daylight robbery

Worst experience ever. Saw a terrible exhibit that was severely over hyped, and over promised. Had an absence and an unused to ticket... reached out to customer service for help, and got told everything is nonrefundable, even the ticket we never used. Completely a waste of money. Do not waste your time. Customer service is awful and unhelpful. Life happens and we should have at the very least gotten our money back on the ticket we couldn't use.

Requested refund as issue with booking g which meant me and another couple double booked. My heavily pregnant partner had pur 3 year old sat on her lap. Absolute shambles of a company took me 12 weeks to get a refund, I was promised phone calls that I never received. Was told manager was now handling case but even he never called. Finally agreed to get refund and rather that 80.00 pound I received 14. I'm so disappointed in this company and I would highly recommend anyone to not use them. The only good think about the company is Molly who did manage to sort a refund even though it was a lot less than what I paid
