Visited 24/01. I found the experience very unpleasant. I was not greeted and ignored upon entry (there were no customers at the time). While I was having my hair cut, the other barber was sat across (occasionally glaring at me through the mirror) and playing very noisy videos on his phone and before that seemingly having a FaceTime call. I paid and left as quickly as possible. I found it very uncomfortable and this simply is very unacceptable customer service. I would like to know what action will be taken, and therefore I will be seeking another barber going forward. Later on 24/01 I received the response below from the manager and I just don’t have the confidence this complaint will be taken seriously due to the tone of the reply. I’ve been a customer for years and I’m very disappointed in my experience and total lack of professionalism. I simply did not feel welcome. Manners cost nothing. I will not be returning, because staff can make or break your business. My question to you is - how will this be resolved? Additional training?
Great barber shop! The only barber in town that cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and will always take time to make any changes I've requested. Service always friendly and the price is the best I've seen around.
Great cut and beard trim did exactly what I asked for… friendly barber, very polite and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go again - highly recommend
