Utterly rude member of staff. Went in to drop off a parcel for DHL. He scans it and then just stares at me...then says...'that's it'. I ask for a receipt and he stares at me again while chewing gum and says...no you get an email. I had to wait in store till I got an email due to the value of the item. Could have smiled and been pleasant...manners costs nothing to keep your reputation.
Went in for an international driving permit. The fella was absolutely brilliant, very easy to do and will be using him again!
I needed an international drivers licence and Bonds Newsagents were one of the few places that did them. They operate customer friendly hours (unlike a post office) and were only too happy to advise and arrange everything for me. They also have a very tidy and well ordered convenience store. Thank you !
