Bleemys is on the Second Floor, on top of Toy & Games. To get there, ring on to Toys and Games, walk through to the door on the right, and climb upstairs. The stairs are pretty narrow, but easy to climb. There are 2 changing cubicles and a mirror to see what they look like on.
