About

A local grocery store with a selection of everyday essentials, including bread and other staples. Some find prices reasonable compared to nearby shops, and there are occasional deals like surprise grocery bags through food-saving schemes. The store stocks a range of products, though availability can vary.

I’ve reserved a surprise grocery bag from TooGoodToGo, paid 3,33£ and I was excited to see what I was getting. Well, all the food was expired, expiration days was from January until the beginning of September. I brought everything back and the guy at the counter when I told him that was everything expired said to me that was just a few months and they can give it. Be careful at the expiration date when shop there

The selection of products is good however the prices are much higher than in Wisla for example, but products are barely ever fresh. Many times I went and there was no bread left at the time there should be, as this is a basic need product or the bread wasn’t fresh. I was overcharged once and since then I have to check my receipt every time or watch the cashier when scanning my shopping. Today I went , gone around pick some shopping to then find out that the contactless was not working and I only had my phone on me. Fair enough but at least put a note on the door or tell the customer before they do their shopping and then are not able to pay and got to leave it. I do not recommend and I try to avoid this store as every time I go there just because is the closest to my address I find another reason that I should not. Also the most funny thing, the shop sign has the spelling mistake since it was opened saying “ ENTERANCE” instead of ENTRANCE which shows how much the owner cares as has not been bothered to correct this over years.

I reserved a Magic Bag from Good to go. What a load of rubbish. What was in the bag, was actually more expensive than if I had bought it in lidl fresh The idea of Good to Go is to recycle and not waste food. You are laughing about it. Horrible. discusting.
