Really pleased with the summer fitness program led by Coach G, attending multiple workouts a week. Every session is challenging, with exercises that scale up or down to suit each person. Never thought I would be a gym person but going to the gym with CoachG is a great experience all round. There’s great camaraderie between the guys no matter what level and the encouragement from Coach G and his team is never ending, always encouraging you to push yourself that bit further. There is always something different to do every night. Highly recommend!!!
