Really good Customer service From Karen. I went into M&S opticians after being rejected by multiple other ones. I explained the issues with my eyes and Karen went and checked with the opticians check will be possible to assess my eyes. I met Mohammed the optician who took a very thorough and detailed history of my eye issues and did a thorough assessment of my eyes. I felt so confident in them I was able to start using contact lenses which I’m really enjoying using. The store staff are really friendly and supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend using them.
Called in on the off chance to ask about the nuance audio glasses. Greeted by one of the girls who was very pleasant and handed us over to Tom who couldn’t have been more obliging and less mithering if he tried. Having tried the glasses, we were really impressed, placed an order and left there feeling what a wonderful experience that was and thanks again to Tom & his staff Roy & Pam Hand
