I’d like to start by saying that this nail tech is very kind and friendly and I would have loved to have continued booking with her though I will not be. I have had three appointments all for fingers and toes and on each appointment I have had issues. The first appointment the nails were beautiful and she gave me exactly what I asked for in terms at the details but she was too rough and I left with multiple cuts on both my fingers and toes that I did not go there with. On my second appointment I dmed her prior to booking to ask if she was able to do a specific set that I wanted for my birthday. She assured me she could but at the appointment she was unable to resulting in me having to change the design to a simple cateye polish instead of the nude and gold design I originally asked for. In her multiple attempts to complete the gold look, a lot of time was wasted and we were unable to do my toes… I was still charged for them. On my third appointment I chose a simpler design, a nude cateye French tip. She was again unable to complete this to a good standard and now, not even a week later a nail has popped off.
Came for the first time from London and I love my Nails. Will definitely be back
