15 years ago I had successful laser surgery with optimax, ihave just been advised that I need cataract surgery and because of my previous laser surgery they would need to estimate my lens strength and any information I could provide wold be helpful. I contacted optimax in the hope they could be helpful, I was put through to a member of staff named Rachel Whitworth who could not have been more helpful, within a few minutes of speaking to her she had faxed me the relevant information. How refreshing to deal with a company that takes time to help ex clients and not just new paying clients.
I had lasek eye correction surgery here in may 2025, I had previously had a consultation with optical express where they stated i was suitable for lasik, however after having decided to get a second opinion from optimax they explained to me that my eyes were more suited to lasek due to thin corneas. I am so grateful the optometrist amanda took the time to carefully consider which procedure was best for my eyes allowing me to have a much safer experience. Everything has been amazing here, i now have better than 20/20 vision and i highly recommend to anyone debating lazer eye surgery to get it done here.
