Whilst on holiday in the UK I broke one of the "arms" off my spectacles.I walked into The Village Opticians and was helped in the kindest and most professional way.My glasses were returned to me having been fixed and cleaned very efficiently. This was all done free of charge and I was treated with the utmost respect.My only regret is that I didn't take the names of the personnel to thank them personally. Many thanks indeed.
My experience with the Village Opticians in Prestwich had always been pleasurable. The staff are super friendly and even informed me of free eye tests due to certain illnesses which I was unaware of. I recently had a few concerns with my eyes and I went in and had a good consultation free of charge and gave me some advice and next steps. Very helpful
All of my family go to the Village Opticians and they are always so helpful, caring, and professional. Both myself and my youngest child have complex eye issues, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with our care. My other child was recommended special lenses, which have helped slow the progression of his short-sightedness, and the difference has been reassuring to see. They always take their time to make sure we’re comfortable and fully informed, and nothing ever feels rushed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
