Avoid this carpark, total scam. My son used this carpark when he attended an event at the arena, paid the attendant the right fee and got his ticket to show he had paid the £8. 6 days later a parking fine comes through the letterbox. Luckily, we’d kept the ticket he’d received when he paid for parking, otherwise we wouldn’t have had a leg to stand on when appealing this. Looking at other reviews there seems to be a pattern to this. Take note, if you park here, keep your ticket or you’ll be £60 out of pocket!
Scam car park. We paid £8 to the man on the gate asked him if we needed to give him our registration or display anything in the car. He said no. Asked what time we needed to be back he said it’s open 24 hours. Now received a £60 parking fine. I’ve paid on my credit card which comes up as Kieran’s car wash so have appealed this as we paid for our parking! Ruined our what was a brilliant day at the Davis Cup.
Scam car park, do not park here! Got a parking fine that says “final reminder, despite writing to you previously we have no received payment” this has come from UKPC, who I would like to mention as they never wrote to us in the first place. I would recommend parking at Celebration Car Park further up - not a scam like this dump.
