Walked in tonight looking for a prescription for my one year old who has tonsillitis. I had come straight from the hospital to collect it. Man at the counter asked for my name, and told me 'ah we don't have your prescription, and neither do the other pharmacies around here'. I asked how I could have been sent here from the hospital if its not in stock, and the female pharmacist says 'no one rang me what do you want me to do, I can't give you what I don't have'. No offer to help, suggest any other pharmacies, nothing. Incredibly rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. My son is in the car screaming and crying and this pair couldn't care less. Turns out this bloke had me confused with someone else so was just discussing someone else's prescription with me without checking any details, very secure 👍. The pharmacist then tuts, and finally goes to find my son's antibiotics, left me standing there listening to this guy try and up sell an overseas student some expensive foot cream like he's selling pears in a cockney market. Stood there for fifteen minutes while the pharmacist does anything but grab me my prescription, while my toddler is outside in pain. Finally she appears and with a roll of the eyes asks me to confirm my son's date of birth (the irony that suddenly now there's some security procedure). Absolute joke. Avoid.

A friendly helpful pharmacy. I spoke with two Chemists, both called Ibrahim. They were very professional and knowledgeable. On the counter the girl who initially served me was helpful and discreet. The service was very quick, on a day when the shop was busy. A welcoming atmosphere, which is great. Would highly recommend this one.
