Absolutely Disgusting and Total Waste of Money The biggest mistake of my life was ordering food from this place. I bought a chicken shawarma, and honestly, I have no idea why they even call it “shawarma.” What I received was basically a naan stuffed with dirty, smelly chicken. It looked nothing like shawarma and tasted even worse. The chicken smelled so bad that I couldn’t eat it. I come from London, and I am genuinely shocked that a halal shop in Manchester can charge such high prices for food of this horrible quality. It makes me question how they are even making money—certainly not through honest or legal means if they are serving this kind of rubbish. Absolutely disgusting food, zero hygiene, zero quality, and a complete scam. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects customers and serves real halal food. I have never seen a dirtier and more shameless person in my life. Instead of admitting your mistake, you are laughing like a shameless person. And I have this Reel account and it has more than a million views. Amazing customer service. I wasn’t happy with the pizza, but the manager was very kind and professional. He personally came to my door to give my money back. I even offered to take only half of the refund, but he told me to keep it so I could buy something for the kids. I really appreciate how well everything was handled. I will definitely order again.

Santos house Restaurant is a fantastic local spot! The cozy atmosphere and stylish design make it a great place to dine. They use fresh, top-notch ingredients, and the shawrma, chicken burger and pizza I had were delicious – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. My friend was really impressed with their meal too. The service was excellent; our server was attentive and knew the menu well. Everyone working there was friendly and efficient. If you're looking for great food, Santos is the place to go! I highly recommend it.
