Just visited this post office again for the first time in 3-4 months for amazon parcel return only to be told the Amazon scanner is not working. This is exactly what I was told at my last visit. The lady said it was not her fault. I definitely think this lady doesn't want Amazon returns. Having read all the other reviews about overcharging and other distinct anomalies I think that this establishment is poorly run. Not impressed as the post office is supposed to service the community. Will use Cromwell bridge post office the fellow in there was so helpful.
Poor customer service. complained to me, because had a parcel delivered to their branch through Amazon even though their post office is a choosen collection point on Amazon delivery. They said that they don't have room and Said that i shouldnt do it again and that its not allowed. I work during the day and its the closest post office to my house so its very convened thst amazon offer this service to collect at their post office. In future they should remove it. Until they do I'll ask for my parcels to go there. They weren't very pleasant and a poor experience and gives the post office brand a bad reputation for declining to carry out a service they offer.
