I've started to use this post office regularly to send and collect parcels. I find all the staff to be lovely, but Muhammad (Mo) truly stands out for his friendly nature, his kindness and professionalism. He remembers all the regulars, welcomes everybody with a smile, and is polite and helpful each time. It's so nice to go into a shop these days and receive such consistent service! He's a real credit to the business.
