I requested to send a letter, first class only signed for as I do not require tracking. The guy asked me if I wanted it to arrive tomorrow, and I said yes and then tried ti charge me for tracked. I questioned him about whether this was the tracked price, he said yes, so I asked again that I do not want tracked, only signed for. He proceeded to lie and tell me that the first class signed for would take 2-3 days (incorrect - the aim is for it to be 1 working day // obviously it does not always work out that way). In short, if the price seems high, they’re most likely trying to charge you for something y out didn’t want/need.

Super convenient post office right in the city center. They have long opening hours which is a lifesaver. Perfect for quick returns or shipping packages!

They always refuse to accept parcels.. making false claims and lies.. but if you pressure them suddenly theres no problem and theyll accept it. Post office should shut them down and use different location. They are destroying this whole area renters ability to use post office services.
